Through June 28: BeWell webinar spring and summer schedule

Spend 30 minutes with an expert to learn about sleep, allergies, digital addiction, coping strategies, nutrition, stress and more.

The popular beWell webinar series, which explores everything from healthy eating to workstation ergonomics, begins on April 6. The Monday webinars are hosted by Asante employees and other subject-matter experts.

The presentations run from noon to 12:30 p.m. with time for viewer questions.

May 24: “Family, Food, Culture and Healthy Swaps,” Alisia Cook, health educator, Asante Health Promotion, and Shea Quinn,  patient experience program coordinator, APP
