Through June 28: BeWell webinar spring and summer schedule

Spend 30 minutes with an expert to learn about sleep, allergies, digital addiction, coping strategies, nutrition, stress and more.

The popular beWell webinar series, which explores everything from healthy eating to workstation ergonomics, begins on April 6. The Monday webinars are hosted by Asante employees and other subject-matter experts.

The presentations run from noon to 12:30 p.m. with time for viewer questions.

April 5: “Sun Safety and Skin Cancer Awareness,” Kitty Sallas, health educator, Asante Health Promotion

April 12: “Introduction to Livongo, Regence Empower and Coaching Resources,” Asante Health Promotion with representatives from Regence and Livongo

April 19: “Lower-Body Mechanics, Stretching and Strengthening,” Mindy Bath, health educator, Asante Health Promotion

April 26: “Tools for Managing Stress and Building a Healthy Mindset,” Karen Merrill, licensed clinical social worker, Reliant Behavioral Health

May 3: “Building Cultural Awareness in the Workplace,” Yvonne Padilla, ITS education coordinator and member of the Asante Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee

May 10 (begins at 12:30 p.m.): “Healthy and Unhealthy Coping Strategies,” Shea Quinn, patient experience program coordinator, APP

May 17: “Wheel of Wellness,” Emily Lamore, physician recruiter, APP

May 24: “Family, Food, Culture and Healthy Swaps,” Alisia Cook, health educator, Asante Health Promotion, and Shea Quinn,  patient experience program coordinator, APP

May 31: “Asante Home Ergonomics,” Jared Hill, occupational therapist, Asante Work Health. The is a recorded presentation; details provided when you register through Asante Health Promotion.

June 7: “Provider Wellness,” Barry Egener, MD, lead, Asante Provider Wellness Program
