Asante is the only health system in Oregon and Washington to be named a 15 Top Health System in the nation nine years in a row. This prestigious honor demonstrates Asante’s high level of performance across the five measured domains: inpatient outcomes, processes of care, extended outcomes, efficiency and patient experience.
Asante is also part of a clinically integrated network, or CIN. CINs are collections of health care providers such as physicians, hospitals and post-acute specialists who work together to improve care and reduce costs. The Asante Health Network is a CIN that includes Asante providers as well as independent practices in both Jackson and Josephine counties that share a commitment to working together to provide the very best care.
