- Sign into your account on regence.com.
- Click on the Regence Empower icon.
- Complete the communication preferences.
- Click Start Now when prompted to complete the health assessment.
If you already completed the health assessment, be sure to redeem your gift card before Dec 31, 2020! To redeem, log into Regence Empower from regence.com and click on Redeem Dollars under the rewards box at the top of the screen.
