Sept. 17: “Improving Provider Well-Being”

CME webinar features one group’s journey to improving well-being and preventing burnout.

Physician burnout continues to be a challenge in health care, especially with the ongoing pandemic. Focus on well-being is essential to help physicians improve their career satisfaction and professional fulfillment. Many tools can be used, and it is a shared responsibility within the organization to promote well-being and provide tools that will mitigate burnout.

Join Katie Townes, DO, and Sarah Kahn, MD, for a discussion about the benefits and application of professional coaching and how it impacted their team.

This presentation will focus on provider burnout and how groups can work toward improving provider well-being. Drs. Townes and Kahn will share their personal experience of their own groups struggling with provider burnout and the changes they continue to make to optimize the well-being of their entire group.

Friday, Sept. 17
Noon to 1 p.m.
