It may not be pumpkin-spiced, but the Fall into Fitness outdoor challenge remains one of Asante’s favorite fall activities — and it starts this month. This year features a 12-week activity-based challenge (twice as long as last year), offering rewards for employees and spouses who walk, bike, hike or run outdoors in the autumn months.
The challenge runs through Nov. 26.
Events include:
- A personal hiking or walking regimen. Submit an image of your tracking app or a photo of you at a trail head for an activity equal to a 5K (3.1 miles).
- Participate in a local community event or fun run equivalent to a 5K. If you need a list of them. If you need a list of them, email Asante Health Promotion. This is a self-reported “prove you move” activity, include a photo with your race bib, finish line or anything that shows where you were and email it to He*************@as****.org“>Health Promotion.
How to join
Self-reported “prove-you-move” activities will be entered into a random quarterly drawing for a $100 Tango gift card. One winner per campus (AACH, ARRMC, ATRMC) will be announced each quarter. The more entries you submit, the better your chances of winning in 2023!
