Asante Health Network has expanded with the addition of CORE Physical Therapy & Training, located in Medford at 771 W. Stewart Ave. By joining AHN, the practice’s services are billed under the Asante Health Plan’s Asante Preferred Network.
You can find more information on the coverage by reviewing the Summary of Benefits & Coverage documents online. Based on the Asante Health Plan option, services could still be subject to an annual deductible that would have to be met before the plan pays for services.
