Save the date: 2024 open enrollment coming in November

Choose a new health plan option, add dependents and lots more.

open-enrollment

Fall is here and so are opportunities to review and change your Asante Employee Benefits Plan for 2024.

Open enrollment takes place Nov. 1–15. Benefits fairs take place online and on-site, no appointment necessary.

All employees are encouraged to re-evaluate their benefits elections annually to make sure their needs are being met. Open enrollment is passive, which means you’re required to participate only if you want to:

  • Enroll or re-enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA) for 2024.
  • Make changes to your current benefits.
  • Add or remove eligible dependents from coverage.
  • Cash out earned time off.

Some changes are in store this year, including a new beWell Healthy Living Incentive, so make sure to review the open enrollment packet mailed to your home address in October.

All enrollments will be self-service via myHR. When you submit yours, you’ll receive a confirmation statement emailed to your Asante email address. The deadline to submit your elections is 11:59 p.m. PST on Wednesday, Nov. 15.

If you don’t participate in open enrollment your current benefits elections and covered dependents will automatically roll over to 2024. The exceptions are FSA elections and ETO cash-out, which must be reelected each year.

For more information about open enrollment and benefits fairs, contact Asante Benefits. You can also submit a case in the Ask HR section of myHR.
