Starting next week on Sept. 29, Asante is offering Journi to help you manage and organize your family’s health care. This mobile-based platform is a one-stop solution for your health and well-being.
With Journi, you can:
- See your family’s health info and history, including doctors, visits, medications and claims.
- Find in-network providers, research and compare medications.
- Track and manage health finances including your deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and HSA account.
- Get personalized insights to help manage medication, improve well-being and save money.
- Chat with a health care expert 24/7. Phone and email are also available, offering health support, resources and more.
Journi is not a substitute for MyChart, where you access your electronic health record, but rather a companion tool to help you manage all aspects of your health care.
