Electronic versions of 2021 W-2s are now available. Asante has continued its partnership with ADP, which means employees can access their W-2 statements electronically through ADP’s website and on its mobile app, ADP Mobile Solutions.
Employees can also load W-2 information directly into certain tax reporting software programs. If you previously enrolled in the ADP solution, you can sign in with your previous user name and password. Otherwise, you will need your Asante employee ID number to register. All employees will receive a paper W-2 by mail on or before Jan. 31. Please note: Your W-2s for 2019, 2020, and 2021 are not available through myHR/My Payroll Documents as in the past. You can, however, access your 2018 and earlier W-2s on myHR.
Employees may be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC or EIC), a benefit for working people with low to moderate income, particularly those with children. EITC reduces the amount of tax owed and may provide a refund.
