Regence makes managing your health easier

New online and app features put many of your medical and coverage services in one place.

A new year has brought some enhancements to the digital experience on Regence.com and the Regence mobile app, making it easier than ever to manage your health. Whether you want to check your claims or find in-network doctors, you can get the answers you need in one place instead of through different services.

Medication support and prescription savings

Previously you needed to have a separate MedSavvy account to view your medication-management tools. Now, you simply need to have an account on Regence.com. When you sign in, you’ll be able to:

  • View your medications in an easy-to-read care timeline, automatically displayed based on your claims.
  • Research and compare medications for cost, effectiveness and side effects.
  • Search pharmacies to find the best options or set up medication home delivery.
  • Connect with the same team of licensed pharmacists* for answers about your medications.
  • Receive real-time insights and updates about safety, cost and equally effective alternatives.

To see your medications and access these tools, go to Your Care and select Medications on the left side of the screen. To review your pharmacy benefits, select Covered Services and click Pharmacy.

Care timeline

See your health and medication history in a chronological timeline. You can view past doctor visits, lab work, prescription fills and more for you and any family members on your plan.

Insights

Get reminders that are tailored to you and help you keep your health on track. You’ll get alerts when it’s time to get your flu shot or other health-related reminders. Plus, get real time insights about your medications.

If you haven’t checked out your account on regence.com or in the app yet this year, now is a good time to do so. And if you don’t have an account, now is a great time to create one and download the app.
