Asante employees and spouses covered under one of the Asante Health Plan options can earn money by participating in the Asante Wellness Program. When the employee or spouse completes one of the activities below, funds will be deposited into their health reimbursement or savings account. These include:
- An annual age-appropriate preventive exam
- Diabetes management with Livongo
- Mental health and resilience webinars or engaging with the MyStrength program
- Financial health webinars
- Tobacco cessation through either the Breath for Life Program or the Freedom from Smoking work group

Employees and spouses covered under the Asante PPO Health Plan can earn up to $150 for the year ($75 if the employee completes the activity and $75 if their spouse completes it). Those on the Asante Savings Health Plan or the Asante Reimbursement Health Plan can earn a total of $600 for the year ($300 for the employee and $300 for the spouse).
