Claim your Healthy Living Incentive before it’s too late

Complete activities by Dec. 31 and earn big bucks toward your 2023 health expenses.
Healthy Living Incentive 2023

Employees and their spouses enrolled in one of the Asante Health Plan options have until Dec. 31 to earn up to $1,350, depending on their plan option. (See incentive table below.)

You can lower your costs in several ways:

Preventive exam

Age-appropriate preventive exams include adult physicals, routine OB/GYN exams, colorectal cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings, routine mammograms, establish-care visits, preventive dental exams and preventive vision exams.

You or your covered spouse are not required to provide documentation of the exam. Claims for an eligible exam are flagged automatically, and the incentive is given four to six weeks after the claim is processed. While a person can have multiple preventive exams in a year, the first one to be flagged will earn the incentive.

Interactive programs

You can qualify for incentives by completing a six-week Regence interactive program. You’ll need to start soon, however, to be finished by year’s end.

Interactive programs include Improving Your Blood Pressure, Managing Your Stress, Improving Your Sleep, Enriching Your Emotional Wellbeing, Achieving Your Healthy Weight, Maintaining Your Healthy Weight, Building Resilience, Enhancing Your Physical Activity, Nutrition for Better Health, Quitting Tobacco, Staying Tobacco Free, Improving Your Oral Health, and Financially Fit.

To join:

  1. Sign into Regence.
  2. Scroll to Resources and click Go to Regence Empower.
  3. Open the menu and click on Self-Guided Programs.
  4. Choose and enroll in an interactive program.
  5. Complete the six-week program by logging your healthy habits, tracking your progress, checking out the recommended resources and completing a final assessment.
  6. The incentive is given four to six weeks after the program is completed.

Personal Action Plan for Wellbeing

Due to the recent restructuring of Asante Health Promotion, the Personalized Wellness Plan has been replaced by a new incentive program administered through Regence.

The Personal Action Plan for Wellbeing allows you to earn dollars by completing an online health assessment and establish wellbeing goals. This plan must be completed by Dec. 31 to qualify for 2023 incentives.

To participate:

  1. Sign into Regence.
  2. Scroll to Resources and click Go to Regence Empower.
  3. Take the confidential Health Assessment. After completing the first section, you’ll see a “snapshot report.” Click Continue Assessment to fully complete the task. It takes about 15 minutes. You’ll receive an email when your personal wellness report is ready to view.
  4. On your Regence Empower dashboard, click My Rewards, then Personal Action Plan for Wellbeing and click Complete Now.
  5. Fill out the form using the information from your Personal Wellness Report and your overall wellbeing goals. When finished, click Submit.

Already completed the Regence Empower Health Assessment? Go to your Regence Empower dashboard, view your Personal Wellness Report and complete  a brief survey.

Once you have completed the survey, you will see a completion badge appear immediately verifying that you’re finished. A contribution will be made to your HealthEquity account within four to six weeks.
