If you’re participating in Asante’s tuition and student loan reimbursement or continuing education programs, make sure to submit all requests for reimbursement along with documents, grades, statements and other required items showing class charges, payments and balances by Dec. 13 so that any reimbursements can be included in your final paycheck of the year on Dec. 22.
You can access the forms online. (You must be logged into the Asante network to access that website.) Reimbursements are paid out on the employee’s paycheck as a nontaxable item. You can find information about the program on myHR by clicking on the Employee Support & Resources link in the HR widget.
For tuition reimbursement, you must submit your request at least 10 days before the start of class for preapproval. To be reimbursed, you must submit documentation (receipts and grades) within 30 days of the completion of the classes.
Education and training that is eligible for the tuition reimbursement program includes tuition for classes, expenses for certifications or re-certifications not required for your job, and exam prep courses. Other education and training ineligible for the tuition reimbursement program such as exam fees and BLS can be requested via other methods.
If you have any questions, email tuitionreimbursement.
Update your address
Because of important mailings Asante sends out, such as W-2s, it’s a good idea for all employees to make sure their address is up to date. You can do this on myHR. Once you are logged in, find the HR widget and click the link titled My Profile. Click on the Personal Information tab on the left. Your current address will be listed in the addresses section. If it needs to be updated, check the box on the left and then click the Change Address button. Update your address and click Submit.
If you have additional questions, email Asante Benefits or call (541) 789-4551 or (800) 468-6913. You can also submit a case in the Ask HR section of myHR.
If you have a question, please contact the author or relevant department directly.
