There’s still time to earn health incentives
Complete Regence’s online health assessment by Dec. 31 and earn a $25 gift card.
If you haven’t completed Regence’s online health assessment yet this year, it’s not too late. You’ll gain valuable insight into your health and earn a $25 Amazon gift card. All who complete the health assessment must redeem the gift card no later than Dec. 31.
Follow these steps to complete your assessment and redeem your gift card:
- Sign in to regence.com.
- Click Go to Regence Empower.
- Complete the Health Assessment (if you haven’t already).
- Once completed, click Redeem Points. This will open a new tab. Follow the on-screen prompts to claim your gift card.
You can access your electronic gift card code at any time on Regence.com by clicking Profile, then scroll down to see your Recent Orders. Open any order number and scroll down to open your Amazon gift card code. While your gift cards themselves do not expire, make sure to drop them into your Amazon account before you forget!
