Employees and their adult dependents enrolled in the Asante Health Plan now have access to a digital physical therapy program thanks to a new Asante benefit.

Hinge Health offers programs for a variety of physical pain spots to help you get back to doing what you love without medication, surgery or — best of all — cost.

The programs provide customized care plans that can be done anywhere or anytime that fits your schedule.

The treatment plan can be tailored to your needs, and can include:

• A free tablet computer and wearable sensors that give live feedback through the app.
• Recommended and personalized exercises based on your condition, job and lifestyle.
• Ongoing support and educational resources.
