Need a provider quickly? Call the New-Patient Access team

Employees and family members covered by the Asante Health Plan can get swift access to an Asante provider.

If you’re looking to establish care with an Asante primary care provider, or you need a same-day appointment with an existing Asante provider, you can get help quickly by calling Asante’s special patient access phone line.

Employees and dependents enrolled in the Asante Health Plan should call (541) 789-1234 during business hours for speedy assistance in making an appointment to establish care with an adult or pediatric provider.

If you or a family member have already established care and are feeling sick or have a minor injury, you can also call that number for a same-day appointment. Appointments for calls received after 1 p.m. may be offered for the next business day. The patient access phone line also will help you find same-day care within the Asante system if your provider is unavailable.

The phone line’s hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have an urgent medical need after hours or on the weekends, go to the Emergency Department.

Remember, when you use an APP provider your coverage falls under the Category 1 tier, so you will save the most in your out-of-pocket expenses.
