May 6: “Cultivating Joy: Weeding Out the Noise and Growing the True You”
Join Katie Townes, DO, in a discussion about living your life in alignment with your values and setting your priorities straight.
Dr. Townes is not only a full-time neonatologist at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, she’s also a life coach and peer mentor.
Passionate about helping physicians overcome burnout and reclaim their joy in medicine, Dr. Townes is founder of the Physicians’ Lounge Online, a resource that focuses on building community among physicians.
To find a balance between work and family, she enjoys exploring the United States in an Airstream with her husband while “road-schooling” their four children. Add two goldendoodle pups to the mix and it’s a good time!
