July 12: A discussion on medical errors
Mistakes are an inevitable part of practicing medicine. It’s good to talk about them.
All health practitioners make mistakes, but we rarely talk about them. The mistakes and the emotional burden of potential consequences can take a toll on our wellbeing and desire to practice.
Join a small group of your colleagues in a peer-protected, confidential discussion about these experiences. Barry Egener, MD, provider professional wellbeing lead, will facilitate.
For background (but not the focus of the discussion) attendees will receive a reference article when they register.
Space is limited to 12 participants so RSVP soon.
If you have a question, please contact the author or relevant department directly.
