Set healthy habits and tend to your ticker in February with a Regence Empower challenge. Walking as part of your daily routine improves heart and cardiovascular health and supports your overall wellbeing.

The goal is to track 5,000 steps daily for 21 days to achieve 100,000 total steps.

Register for the challenge by Feb. 6 through Regence. Here’s how:

  • Sign into Regence Empower or open the Regence Empower app. If you’re a new user, create an account on Regence.com and click the Regence Empower Wellbeing compass icon.
  • From the Regence Empower home page, go to Challenges, then join Step Up, Workweek Warrior.

Participate for 21 days during Heart Month by tracking 5,000 steps every day from Feb. 1 through Feb. 21.

Regence Empower is sponsoring a sweepstakes* to support your stepping. When you successfully complete the platform challenge by tracking 100,000 total steps, you’ll earn a chance to win a $100 Zappos gift card.

If you have questions, email Asante Benefits or call (541) 789-4551 or (800) 468-6913. You can also submit a case in the Ask HR section of myHR.

* Sweepstakes sponsored by Regence Empower, approximate $100-$125 value. All who successfully track 100,000 steps between Feb. 1 and Feb. 21 in Regence Empower’s Step Up, Workweek Warrior platform challenge, will be entered into a sweepstakes. The drawing winner will be notified March 3. Sign into Regence Empower > Earn > Program Summary > Full Notice of Well-being for full sweepstakes details.
