How to reach Asante’s Infection Prevention team

The department is centralized, so getting information is easier than ever.

Asante Infection Prevention has undergone many changes over the years. One big change was that we became a system-level department supporting all three hospitals and APP.

What hasn’t changed is our support helping you to keep our facilities and practices clean and safe for our patients, staff and community.

As part of Asante Quality, our team plays a vital role in keeping infection rates down, which has earned Asante national recognition for its high-quality care.

To best support our staff, we’ve got lots of ways for you to reach us. The best way is through our centralized mailbox, Asante.Infection.Pr********@as****.org. All AIP staff monitor this centralized inbox for continuity and assignments. To avoid delays, please do not email individual AIP staff directly.

Other ways to reach us

For quick, in-the-moment patient care questions, use Halo. Ninety-five percent of Halo requests are answered with a link to COVID-19 hub or the isolation requirements policy. Please check out these self-service resources:

We can be reached from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our centralized phone number is (541) 789-5402. We will return your call as soon as we can. If you need the leader or to escalate a concern or question, email interim director Sadie Spicer.

If you need help after hours or on weekends, contact your charge nurse or house supervisor for support.
