Charge nurse sessions set for September
Join your counterparts from other hospitals in the second quarterly online gathering.
Online charge nurse sessions return in September, and we need your participation. The sessions take place online at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, and at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7. Each session lasts an hour. Please complete the signup survey linked below by Aug. 24.
As I shared earlier, these quarterly sessions offer a chance for me to hear your thoughts and to share the latest news and updates affecting your work. Again, charge nurses from all three facilities will gather and collaborate toward system-level thinking and standardization processes. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions for future discussion topics. Your direction helps set the tone and flow of the shift in your departments.
Once you have signed up for a session, a calendar invitation will be sent to either your Asante Outlook or your personal e-mail if you prefer to attend from home. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. I look forward to seeing you in September!
