It was the biggest Health Care Week to date, a celebration of all the employees who have survived and thrived over a turbulent past three years. The events on all three campuses plus the Heimann Cancer Center brought in thousands of employees. And despite extra food trucks at ARRMC, lines grew 20 deep, which organizers plan to correct by next year.

For the first time, the night shifts at all three hospitals were treated to special meals plus games, prizes (including bigger-ticket items) and the 360-degree photo booth. The celebrations were open to all employees, volunteers and providers. Employees who work out of town were sent a special gift box in thanks.

If you live in the area you can stop by any of the celebrations listed in the schedule. If you live out of town, you should have received a special gift in the mail. Unfortunately, that package didn’t include a duck!
