As part of the Affordable Care Act, Asante is required to send all employees a document called a 1095-C. This document includes information about the health insurance offered to employees and their families. While the form is not required to file a tax return, it is good to have as documentation of health coverage for the previous year.
A copy of the form will be mailed to all employees and is available electronically on myHR. Go to myHR and select My Payroll Documents. Click My 1095-C on the left side of the page. You will see the 2022 form once it is available.
