Community lives in our employees
Nearly three dozen Asante employees volunteered their time this past quarter, and six won prizes in a random drawing.
Summer was a time to give back for employees participating in Asante’s Spirit of Service Program. Thirty-four employees volunteered over 1,165 hours from July through September.
Five employees were chosen from a random drawing to win 12,500 points from PointRecognition:
- Andrea Bassett, Heimann Cancer Center Infusion Therapy
- Donna Carlo, Cancer Registry
- Terri Maltby, Revenue Cycle Process Improvement
- Sherry Nelson, Coumadin Clinic
- Jammie Unger, Coumadin Clinic
The winner of the random new-participant drawing for 12,500 points is Lynn Mavity, staff assistant, ATRMC Lifeline.
Volunteer service qualifies for the program if it’s done for a local school, church, city council, police or fire department, ambulance service or a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency within Asante’s service area.
