To recognize employees who go above and beyond – over and over – Asante is adding a new level to its Values in Action badge recognition.
As you’re aware, employees who receive a VIA card for exemplifying Asante’s Values of excellence, respect, honesty, service and teamwork receive a blueberry or gold berry applique to place on their ID badge.
Employees who earn 12 berry appliques are upgraded from a white badge to one with a blue background. It takes 12 appliques to upgrade from a blue to a gold, and another 24 to reach the cloud level.
Because some employees have exceeded even that count by earning more than 48 (!) berries, Asante Human Resources is introducing a fifth level, which is granted after another 24 appliques.
Here’s the fun part. You get to help decide what the new badge will look like. From now through March 31, all Asante employees are invited to vote on their favorite of three design options. Cast your vote by clicking the button below.
The design with the most votes will be the winner. The new badge will be unveiled at a live presentation as part of the virtual 2023 Employee Engagement and Communications Fair. Make sure to join the VIA booth at 3 p.m. Monday, April 3, to see the winner.
