Aug. 6, 13, 25: “Stop the Bleed” classes

Free bleeding control education now available. Register in ALEC by searching “Stop the Bleed.”

Don’t be caught unprepared in a life-threatening situation. This one-hour classes will teach you to:

  • Identify and control life-threatening bleeding
  • How to apply a tourniquet
  • How to pack a wound
  • How to use an Israeli bandage

Classes take place July 23 and Aug. 6, 13 and 25. Check ALEC for class times.

This education is vital for you and others who might find themselves injured and bleeding due to accidents involving motor vehicles, recreation, workplace, hunting, home accidents, a mass-casualty event and more.
