Jim Mahar of Andersen Construction takes us into the middle of the first big concrete pour at Asante Rogue Regional’s 323,600-square-foot patient pavilion.
The crane supporting ARRMC’s “big build” of the new patient pavilion sustained heavy winds during last month’s storms, but on calm nights its colored lights serve as a beacon for Asante’s growth.
Maxim Crane Works crews erected a 205-foot crane in driving rain earlier this week at the construction site for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center’s new pavilion. This sped-up video shows them raising the cab to sit on the crane at 165 feet.
Construction is the new normal at Asante. Keep up to date on new construction, department moves, parking closures, floor plans and more.
