Register now for the cancer Walk for Hope
The Oct. 7 event includes a post-walk party and celebrates the late cancer center donor Dick Heimann.
Register now for Asante’s second annual Walk for Hope on Saturday, Oct. 7. Again, we celebrate cancer survivors, caregivers and their families, and honoring those no longer with us.
Asante picked Sunday, June 4, to announce registrations in honor of the 36th annual National Cancer Survivors Day , which not only celebrates survivors but provides inspiration for those recently diagnosed and support for all families on their cancer journey.
This year’s Walk for Hope takes place around the Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center campus with a party afterward featuring The Brothers Reed. It also will include a community celebration of life for Dick Heimann, longtime Medford leader and philanthropist whose generosity helped make the Mary and Dick Heimann Cancer Center possible.
