The COVID-19 omicron surge and winter storms cancelling blood drives throughout the eastern half of the country have caused blood supplies to fall to their lowest levels in a decade. The shortage is affecting patients across the country, including those at Asante.
To help address this need in our community, Asante is urging employees and the community to donate blood. You can find draw stations at the American Red Cross scheduling site.
