I am pleased to share effective Oct. 9 we increased pay ranges for all Asante staff by 2%. This means most employees will receive a 2% pay increase to their base wage.
As we continue to review labor market factors that drive recruitment and retention, we believe this systemwide adjustment will have the greatest impact. Not only will current staff see an increase in their base wages, but it will also help to drive more competitive wages to prospective new hires.
Exceptions to the 2% increase include physicians and other providers who are covered by an employment contract and nurses covered by the ONA contract.
We intend for the usual merit increase process to be completed in January 2023.
