Ah, Pink Out! Le pink, c’est chic

All employees (guys, too) are encouraged to wear pink on Oct. 21 to support breast cancer awareness.

Get your pink on Wednesday, Oct. 21, in support of our breast cancer patients. For the second year, Asante employees at all facilities are encouraged to wear pink scrubs, polo shirts, pants, sunglasses, hats — whatever you’ve got — in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s also just two days before The Human Bean’s 15th annual Coffee for a Cure on Oct. 23. Proceeds from that day’s beverage and pastry sales help fund cancer programs at Asante and many other organizations. Coffee for a Cure has raised $1.5 million from 90-plus locations across 11 states and helps fund an average of 145 mammograms per year in Oregon alone.

Money raised at local Human Bean franchises stays in the community. So think pink, drink pink or wear pink for a good cause — fighting a disease that strikes more than 275,000 women and 2,000 men in the United States each year.

  • The whole staff at Asante Imaging aka WIC (for those that have been here for a while) have always taken great care and passion for ALL that enter their doors. Every year when I go for my mammogram it has been quick simple & easy
