This feature is available only at Asante Physician Partners clinics and the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.
Over the next few months, eCheck-In will become available at most outpatient areas across Asante.

Yes, Asante has opened up vaccinations for 12 and older. Because he is under 15, an adult must be present to sign a consent form.
