Christmas comes early to Asante families displaced by fires

Harry & David delivered miniature trees to the newly built RV park in Medford, while Asante’s Hands and Hearts brought gifts.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Asante RV Park. Harry & David donated a miniature live Christmas tree with ornaments to each family at the park, which was built earlier this month for Asante employees displaced by the fires.

Then Asante’s Julie Hale, Lorry Shlitter and Kelly Stofflet arrived with presents for the families from Hands and Hearts, another Asante program to help those in need.

“It has been amazing, the generosity and the love that has been shown” for these employees, many of whom lost all they had in the fires, Hale says.

Many thanks to all those in our beloved community, our Asante employees and the Asante Foundation who have helped make Christmas a little brighter for these families.
