Asante Imaging-Murphy will move into its newly remodeled examination rooms and offices on the south side of ARRMC on Wednesday, June 15. Imaging will be closed to patient care June 13-14.
Asante Imaging will occupy the 12,710-square-foot space on the hospital’s ground floor where Radiation Oncology used to be. The new space includes X-ray, fluoroscopy, bone density, ultrasound, mammography and stereotactic breast biopsy.
“We’re looking forward to a bigger, beautiful space in which to serve our patients,” says Amy Anderson, Asante Imaging supervisor. There will be a drop-off area in front and designated parking nearby.
The old location will be torn down to make way for a new central utility plant that will serve ARRMC and its new 323,600-square-foot tower for decades to come. The new tower will feature a women’s and children’s hospital-within-a-hospital on the top two floors, updated operating suites and expanded critical care. It’s set to open in October 2023.
All contact numbers will remain the same. If you have any questions about the move, please call Imaging Supervisor Amy Anderson at (541) 789-9711.
