APP Spotlight Award: Deanne Noce
The first award recognizes Deanne Noce, a medical assistant at APP–Famiily Medicine in White City, for her diligence and proactive approach.
We are kicking off this award by recognizing an amazing employee. Deanne Noce is a medical assistant at APP–Family Medicine in White City. She takes ownership of her patients and works diligently with her provider to ensure access. Deanne looks ahead on her provider’s schedule and works with patients to get them appointments when they need to be seen.
Deanne says her secret is never saying “no” to patients. She always tries to provide access options, whether it’s with their provider or another provider in the office. Deanne’s personable approach and patient-centered focus is why she is being recognized.
On behalf of the APP leadership team, thank you for all you do, Deanne! Because of you, our patients have access to quality care when they need it.
This award is granted to an APP employee who has improved access to care, quality of care, financial stewardship or Asante’s behavioral standards.
Recipients receive a hand-written card from the division director, a cafeteria gift card and the opportunity to share what they do to contribute to APP’s high standards of care.
