What’s happening at ARRMC’s cafeteria?
The cafeteria will temporarily move to paper trays as a new dish machine is installed.
Installation of a new dish machine and work on flooring will be disrupting regular practices at the Rambling Rogue Cafe.
Work began on Oct. 16 and is expected to continue through the end of the month. Paper trays will replace plastic during this period, although Nutrition Services will continue to use domes to keep meals hot. Likewise, the menu will be altered slightly.
“We apologize for any inconvenience but we are trying to limit the number of dishes that will need to be washed by hand,” said April Church, manager of Clinical Nutrition Services.
