HR survey coming to some Asante employees
The survey will come via Survey Monkey and the link is “legit.”
With recent cyber-attacks, the Asante Human Resources team wants to make you aware of emails you may get from Asante HR via Survey Monkey.
Beginning this week, a random selection of employees will receive a “temperature check” survey from “
Em*****************@As****.org
via Survey Monkey.”
Due to new ITS security precautions, the email will contain the yellow external-source warning banner. The email is legitimate and HR encourages employees to take this survey.
About the survey
The temperature-check survey will focus on how different work units work well together, followed by these open-ended questions:
- Give an example of how different entities, departments or teams have worked well together (be specific).
- Give an example of how work between entities, departments or teams could improve.
As with all engagement surveys, responses are anonymous and serve as a way for leadership to understand strengths in our organization, as well as areas for improvement.
Survey respondents are selected at random, so you may not receive an email with a survey link. The same temperature-check survey will be emailed to other randomly-selected employees every quarter throughout 2021.
