No one likes to call in sick for work. Staying up-to-date on vaccinations is one way to maintain your health and well-being as winter approaches.
If you’re an Asante employee covered by the Asante Employee Health Plan, you and your enrolled dependents age 7 and older are eligible for these fully covered vaccines available through our pharmacy:
• Flu
• Pneumonia
• Varicella/Shingrix
• Tdap
• Meningococcal B
• Hepatitis A and B
• Typhoid
• HPV
You can make an appointment by calling one of the Asante pharmacies. They can accommodate you in the lobby to minimize exposure to other people. If you’re unsure if you need a vaccination, the pharmacy can look up your vaccination record and find out what is due.
Vaccinations are especially important to prevent the spread of commonly preventable infections to vulnerable individuals who cannot be vaccinated themselves.
