Get your W-2 forms electronically
Asante’s partnership with ADP allows you to access your tax form online or a mobile app.
Electronic version of 2022 W-2s are now available. Through a partnership with ADP, employees can access their W-2 statements electronically through ADP’s website or its mobile app, ADP Mobile Solutions.
In addition, employees will have the ability to load W-2 information directly into a certain tax reporting software programs.
If you’re already enrolled with ADP, sign in with your previous user name and password. If you have not yet created an account, download these instructions. You will need your Asante employee ID number to complete the registration process.
A paper W-2 will be mailed to all employees by Jan. 31.
Note that employees may be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit, a benefit for working people with low to moderate income, particularly those with children. EITC reduces the amount of tax owed and may provide a refund. You can also find tax credit information through the IRS and the Oregon Department of Revenue.
