Employee Assistance Program administrator gets new name
Reliant Behavioral Health is now called Uprise Health. EAP services remain the same.
Reliant Behavioral Health, which oversees Asante’s Employee Assistance Program, is now called Uprise Health.
The EAP provides counseling; financial resources; child care, adult and elder care; work/life balance webinars on resilience, stress, anxiety and more. Uprise Health has over 280 providers in Southern Oregon. EAP is completely confidential and is offered to all employees and their dependents at no cost.
To access, go to Uprise, click “Member Login,” and click on the box that says “RBH.” The access code is “Asante.” You can also call (866) 750-1327.
