WellSpring Family Practice joins Asante Health Network

The Grants Pass clinic’s inclusion in the network means lower out-of-pocket costs for members of an Asante Health Plan.

The Asante Health Network has expanded with the addition of WellSpring Family Practice in Grants Pass. This means that services there will now be billed under the Asante Health Plan’s Asante Preferred Network. Services will cost less out-of-pocket than if services done are at a non-Asante Health Network provider. The clinic, which joined the network on April 1, offers primary, obstetric and pediatric care.

Based on the Asante Health Plan option, services could still be subject to an annual deductible that would have to be met before the plan pays for services. You can find more information on the coverage by reviewing the Summary of Benefits & Coverage documents on Asante.org.

If you have any questions, email Asante Benefits or call (541) 789-4551. You can also submit a case in the Ask HR section of myHR.
