Weight-loss practice joins Asante Health Network
Employees on the Asante Health Plan pay lower out-of-pocket costs for network providers.
Southern Oregon Weight Healthy is now part of the Asante Health Network. That means that the practice’s weight-loss and bariatric medicine services are billed under the Asante Health Plan’s preferred network, which offers lower out-of-pocket costs than services provided by non-network practices.
The clinic’s sole practitioner is Ee Lin Wan, MD, a longtime hospitalist at Asante Rogue Regional. Dr. Wan offers personalized medical obesity and weight management services, including working closely with Southern Oregon Bariatrics for surgery referrals when appropriate.
You can find more information on preferred network coverage by reviewing the Summary of Benefits & Coverage documents online. Based on your Asante Health Plan option, services could still be subject to an annual deductible that would have to be met before the plan pays for services.
