They came, they saw, they helped

Spirit of Service recognizes Asante employees who gave more than 800 to their communities between January and March.

Loosening pandemic restrictions mean that employees have more opportunities to get out and help their communities. In fact, Asante’s Community Team Spirit of Service recognition program closed its second quarter for fiscal year 2022 with 18 participants volunteering more than 850 hours.

The following employees were selected at random to receive 12,500 points from PointRecognition.com:Spirit of Service

  • Barbara McClung, Asante Human Resources
  • Jimmie Lyn Mitchell, ARRMC Cardiac Center
  • Alissa Rodriguez, Asante Payroll
  • Ali True, ITS Data Analytics
  • Syl Zucker, Hospice

Volunteer service qualifies for the program if it’s done for a local school, church, city council, police or fire department, ambulance service or a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency within Asante’s service area.
