The Asante Retention Committee seeks volunteers

Come up with creative ways to retain our best and brightest — and have fun doing it.

Why work elsewhere when you can work at Asante? As a member of the Asante Retention Committee, you can help make this an even more amazing workplace. The committee is seeking volunteers to help shape our culture and practices to ensure our valued employees take pride in their workplace, are engaged in what happens and feel true belonging.

You can take part in a staff subgroup and help brainstorm how to best engage your peers. The time investment is no more than four hours per month for a six-month term.

If you’d like to participate, email re****************@as****.org with your:

  • Name
  • Job role
  • Facility in which you work

The deadline to volunteer is Oct. 31.

The retention committee will review volunteer submissions in early November and will invite those selected to an introductory meeting.

“We are hoping for a diverse set of members to represent as many job roles as possible at each location (AACH, APP, ARRMC, ATRMC, Corporate and Foundation),” said Alicia Lorenz, director of HR Administration and Employee Relations. “Hurry now because space is limited!”
