Things are different for all of us this holiday season and these changes can trigger feelings of loneliness, anxiety and stress.

Holidays are a special time when family and friends come together to celebrate. This year, the pandemic is causing many of us to change our plans and life-long traditions.

Due to COVID-19, many people may celebrate alone, far from family, socially distanced, virtually or in very small gatherings. Asante’s Employee Assistance Program is here for you and your family to help you stay emotionally and physically balanced during this challenging time.

  • I hate to ask… but my family could use some assistance with Christmas this year. We are struggling to make ends meet and it looks like this year Christmas is beyond our reach.
    Is there any chance we could get some help for the holidays?
