MyStrength taps expertise from sleep specialists to help you get some zzzzzzs.

You don’t have to contract the virus that causes COVID-19 to suffer from one of its hidden side effects: sleeplessness. Researchers have found that the stress associated with the pandemic is leading to a global rise in insomnia.

MyStrength, a benefit for employees since January 2020, has resources available to help you improve your sleep and build better morning habits with the How myStrength Can Help With Sleep activity.

To learn more, visit mystrength.com or download the myStrength app from your mobile device’s app store. If you are signing up for the first time and are prompted for an access code, enter 10017473.

    For those benefited and on an Asante health plan, there’s an incentivized interactive program to improve sleep on Regence Empower too. Simply log into your account at Regence.com, look for the empower icon and then look at the interactive programs. It’s a six week track, and upon completion benefited employees and their benefited spouses can earn part of their health equity incentive. Any questions or for further assistance, make a Personalized Wellness Plan Visit appointment with a Health Promotion coach. We can also share more resources for improving sleep hygiene and about our collaboration with ARRMC Insomnia Educator, Michael Schwartz.

    Sorry, schedule a Personalized Wellness Plan Visit appointment via MyChart to speak with a Health Promotion coach.
    STEPS:
    1. Sign into your MyChart
    2. Click on:
    Visits  Schedule an appointment Tell us why you’re coming in Personalized Wellness Plan  answer: “Is this a medical emergency?”  select a provider  choose an available appointment
    3. Choose a provider and time that works best for you (appointments are 20 min long)
    4. This will prompt you to fill out a brief healthy lifestyle assessment
    5. Be ready to receive a call from your coach on the chosen day and time
