Speak one-on-one with a Fidelity retirement rep

In-person meetings have returned to Asante, giving you a chance to ask questions and get expert advice.

Fidelity representatives are coming back on-site at Asante to meet with employees for one-on-one appointments to go over retirement savings, planning and more.

You may schedule an appointment at the following locations:

Medford April 5 8 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Asante Human Resources building
Ashland April 5 1:15–3:30 p.m. AACH HR office
Medford April 6 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Asante Human Resources building
Grants Pass April 7 8 a.m.–12:30 p.m. ATRMC HR/Administrative building

The Human Resources building is located at 2635 Siskiyou Blvd., Medford. ATRMC’s HR/Administrative building is located between the Emergency Department and Outpatient Center. Badge access may be limited; use the courtesy phone to be let in through the second set of doors.

To schedule:

  • Click on the button above.
  • Choose Schedule a time to meet.
  • Enter your employer name ASANTE (type slowly and it should show you the name in all caps).
  • Choose In-person appointment, and then choose a meeting site (Ashland, Medford or Grants Pass). You will see the first available appointment times. Not all sites will have available appointments. If you do not see a specific site then all the appointments could be full.
  • Click on Next available in the upper right corner to find additional days and times. Choose your time and make sure to use the best email and phone number to reach you.

You will receive an email confirmation of the appointment booking and reminders as well. If you do not get a reminder email, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you have any questions, email Asante Benefits or call (541) 789-4551 or (800) 468-6913. You can also submit a case in the Ask HR section of myHR.
