September charge nurse sessions focus on development
We’re excited for the second quarterly online gathering and have some interesting topics to bring to you all in September. Kristi Frederick, senior Organizational and Leadership Development consultant, will facilitate an open discussion centering on themes near and dear to our worlds: ownership, influence and problem-solving.
The sessions take place at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, and at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7. Each session lasts an hour.
Not only will these sessions provide development tools, they’ll also offer us a chance to collaborate with our nursing leadership team so we can best share thoughts, latest news and updates that affect our work.
Charge nurses from all three campuses are invited and encouraged to attend, with the goal of leaning into system-level support of one another. Your voice is critical, and we are very much looking forward to connecting with you all soon.
Please sign up by Aug. 24. Once you have registered, a calendar invitation will be sent to either your Asante Outlook email address or to your personal email if you prefer to attend from home. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. See you soon!
If you need answers for a personal work matter, please contact the author or department directly instead of leaving a comment.
