Register with Regence Empower for good health
By joining Regence Empower, a web platform to help you live a healthy life, you could win a TRX Fit workout system.
Enhance your well-being with tools to help you understand how to improve your health through educational programs, personal challenges and more. Regence Empower is a comprehensive platform available to Asante employees and spouses who are covered on the Asante Health Plan.
For registering before the end of the year, employees and spouses can earn a raffle entry to win one of three TRX Fit Systems to work out at home.
To get started:
- Sign into your account on regence.com.
- Click on the Regence Empower heart compass icon.
- Complete the communication preferences and browse all the resources available to you.
One raffle winner will be chosen in October, November and December. The sooner you register, the more raffle entries you will have.

I can’t seem to log on to Regence.com The web site is really slow and there is no place to login. I tried to click on the individuals and nothing happens.
