The popular Preventing Snaccidents cooking series returns to Asante for the fifth year on June 5.
This year, the recipes and cooking demonstrations focus on cuisine from around the world. Asante health educator Tessa Hulse and Lisa Morales from ATRMC Nutrition Services cook up healthy meals and snacks from Italy, Greece, Denmark, Mexico and the United States.
As usual, video and downloadable recipes will be posted on the beWell Healthy Recipes page on myAsanteNET, which also has an archive of Snaccidents content from past years. And for the first time, the videos will be available in ALEC/HealthStream modules.
“No need to pack your bags for this trip,” says Hulse. “Join us this summer on our virtual culinary tour around the world.”
